This notice describes the information handled by the Maroon Moon corporate website and its inquiry workflow.
Website operations
Information is collected only for an identified operational purpose.
Public website
The website does not currently install an analytics tracker. Search engines and infrastructure providers may process ordinary request information under their own service terms. No analytics provider will be activated until its privacy, consent, retention, and governance requirements are approved.
Contact inquiries
When secure online inquiry delivery is activated, Maroon Moon will collect the name, email address, optional organization, selected topic, and message that a visitor submits. The information is used to route and respond to that inquiry. Visitors should not submit passwords, financial information, protected records, or other sensitive information.
Inquiry content is encrypted before durable storage. Keyed hashes are used for abuse prevention and duplicate detection. Delivery and retention actions are recorded in append-only operational audit history. The public form remains unavailable until the production database, delivery provider, approved retention period, and security controls have been validated.
External delivery
Online inquiry delivery uses Resend only after its sending domain, credential, signed webhook, and production path are approved and verified. The submitted message and reply address are transmitted to that provider solely to deliver the inquiry to Maroon Moon. No provider acceptance or delivery is claimed while the form is unavailable.
Retention and requests
Inquiry content will be retained only for the Design Authority-approved operational period configured at activation, then deleted from the active inquiry record while the non-sensitive audit history is retained for accountability. The exact production retention period remains pending and must be published before form activation.
